Public procurement complaints procedure

The new Public Procurement Act (Aanbestedingswet) entered into force on 1 April 2013. The Explanatory Memorandum to this law provides for a complaints procedure for public procurement. The Ministry of Economic Affairs has prepared an ‘Opinion on handling public procurement complaints’. This serves as a basis for drafting a Kadaster complaints procedure.
